Customize Free Rectangular Buttons
Da Button Factory is partially what inspired me to start this blog.I've been needing badges for my sites for a while now, and not being artistic, went looking for a way to make some quick easy buttons. The first site I found was Da Button Factory.Cost: FREE
Best used for: Buttons with up to 10 characters
Interesting:Offers a font which supports the CJK (Chinese - Japanese - Korean) characters - Zenhei
Ease of Use:Fairly Simple, though more instructions could be helpful.

Drawbacks: Only rectangular buttons, Words can only be on one line
On Da Button Factory site, you can create a variety of rectangular buttons with words printed on them. It's a simple matter of typing the message you want on the button, then choosing the font colour, style, and a number of variations on the style of rectangular button.
